Questions

Before you come down.

Anything else, just message us. All questions →

I've never trained before. Can I still come?

Yes. Most people walk in with no experience at all. Coaches will show you the basics and pair you up properly. Nobody expects you to know anything on day one.

Do I need to be fit first?

No. Training is how you get fit. Go at your own pace and build up.

How do I try a class?

Your first class is free. Just message us on WhatsApp so we know you're coming.

What should I wear?

Shorts or leggings and a t-shirt or rash guard. No zips or pockets. Bring a water bottle. If you've got gloves or a gum shield, bring them, if not, just ask.
